Estimates and pricing
Online and phone estimates are based on the information and photos you provide. The final price is confirmed before work begins and may change if the size, condition or access of the property is different from what was described.
Scheduling, weather and access
- We may reschedule for rain, storms, high winds or other unsafe conditions.
- Please give us access to the areas to be cleaned, and, if needed, to an outdoor water spigot and power.
- Please close windows and doors, move vehicles and outdoor items, and keep pets inside during the service.
