Our pressure washing process has seven steps: you send photos, we send a free written estimate, you pick a day, we prep and protect the property, clean each surface with the right method, rinse and clean up, then walk through the results with you or send photos. A typical single-story house wash takes about 1–3 hours on site.

What Happens From First Contact to Final Walkthrough?

1. Send photos (about 2 minutes)

Call, text (239) 497-7570 or use the estimate form, and send 2–3 photos of each area. Why: photos show the surface type and how dirty it is, so your quote is accurate without a visit.

2. Free written estimate (usually within 1 business hour)

We reply within about 1 business hour during business hours, with a clear price and the method for each surface. More complex estimates may take longer. Why: you know what’s being cleaned, how, and what it costs before you book.

3. Pick your day

Same-day and next-day service is available. You don’t need to be home once the work is agreed and we can reach the areas to clean; access can be by gate code, lockbox or property manager. Why: snowbirds, landlords and busy owners can book without changing plans.

4. Prep and protect (before any cleaning)

The crew looks over the property and starts protecting plants and drains. Why: plants, pools and drains are protected before any cleaning solution goes on. See the full protection steps below.

5. Clean each surface the right way

Soft wash at low pressure for roofs, stucco, siding and screens; pressure with a surface cleaner for concrete and pavers; rust treated separately. Why: the wrong pressure can strip paint, tear screens or damage roofing.

6. Rinse and clean up

Surfaces, plants and walkways get a final rinse, and the work area is cleaned up. Why: leftover cleaning solution can spot surfaces or harm plants.

7. Walkthrough and photos

You check the work with the crew, or get before-and-after photos by text or email on request if you’re away, plus a reminder for the next cleaning. Why: you can see the result, share it with your HOA and know when to book again.

How Do We Protect Plants, Pets and the Canal?

We protect your property by wetting plants first, limiting where the cleaning solution goes, and checking drainage before we start. Cape Coral has more than 400 miles of canals, and runoff from driveways and yards drains toward them, so these steps matter here more than in most places.

  • Plants: wet down before the cleaning solution is applied, and rinsed during and after
  • Solution contact: care is taken to limit contact with plants, pool cages and fixtures
  • Drains and runoff: drainage and runoff risks are checked first, with containment used where required to keep wash water out of storm drains
  • Pets: pets stay inside until surfaces are rinsed
  • Roof jobs: a ground person watches the work area when the job plan calls for it
  • Crew safety: protective gear and fall protection suited to each task

The City of Cape Coral warns that chemicals in stormwater runoff pollute the canals, which is why we treat runoff as part of the job, not an afterthought.

What Goes Wrong When Steps Are Skipped?

Skipping prep or using the wrong method is how most pressure washing damage happens. These are the problems a careful process avoids:

  • Tiger stripes on concrete: uneven lines left by a hand wand instead of a surface cleaner
  • Stripped paint and torn screens: high pressure on stucco, paint or pool cage screens
  • Damaged roofing: power washers can crack tile or strip shingle granules
  • Burned plants: cleaning solution left on plants that weren’t wet down or rinsed
  • Cloudy paver sealer: sealer applied to pavers that weren’t fully dry
  • Runoff in the canal: wash water sent straight down storm drains

See how each service handles these: Roof Cleaning, House Washing, Driveway Cleaning, Paver Sealing and Pool Cage Cleaning.

Our Process FAQ

Yes. The roof, walls, driveway, pavers and pool cage can be done on the same visit, so your whole property is finished at once and runoff from higher surfaces is rinsed off the lower ones at the end.

Every job is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, call or text (239) 497-7570 and tell us.

Yes. After the walkthrough or photo report, we give you a reminder for the next cleaning, based on your surfaces and how fast growth returns.
